Please go read the Submission and Feedback Rules/Guidelines before submitting anything. And now, here are the Dwight/Angela prompts.( Also, I love you.Collapse )
Please go read the Submission and Feedback Rules/Guidelines before submitting anything. And now, here are the Michael/Jan prompts. ( Oh honey, I have the best trophy right here.Collapse )
Please go read the Submission and Feedback Rules/Guidelines before submitting anything. And now, here are the other various character, pairings, and grouping prompts. ( Office relationships are never a good idea. Yeah. So let's just try to avoid them. But, um, if you already have one, you should disclose it to HR.Collapse )
Submission Rules/Guidelines:1. Your drabble must fit into one comment. That means it must be no more than 4300 characters. There is no minimum number of words you can have. If you get inspired and write more than 4300 characters, that's great! Just post what you think is the most relevant part to the prompt here and link us to the rest of the story elsewhere.2. You need to use a subject line for your submissions that should look like this:Title, Pairing, Prompt, Rating. Ie: 'What's Love Got To Do With It, Michael/Karen, we wouldn't have to justify, PG-13'.3. Each drabble should be a new reply to the main post with the prompts. Please don't reply to one drabble with another as it makes things confusing for the readers and the writers. If you do happen to do this, I will let you know and then delete your comment so you can repost it correctly.4. Anyone can pick any prompt to write. That means that if it was your prompt but you really want to write it, do it. Also, more than one person can pick the same prompt, because we all have different ideas and points of view. They are all fair game to everybody.5. Drabbles can be any rating you choose. Just please make sure that you follow the template above and have the rating in the subject line so if someone doesn't want to read an NC-17 fic they don't have to.6. Once you've written a drabble, please feel free to cross-post it to wherever you feel like cross-posting it. Just make sure that you let everyone know that it was written for our drabble-a-thon, that way we get a little bit more pimping and hopefully a few more people involved.7. ANYBODY can write a drabble! Yes, that even means you!8. Any questions or comments regarding the drabble-a-thon should be addressed in the questions/comments post.Feedback Rules/Guidelines:1. Please, if you read, take the time to let the authors know what a good job they're doing.2. There will be absolutely NO FLAMES here. At all. We've got a lot of great prompts for a lot of different pairings and I'm sure some of them might be a bit off putting to some people. That is fine, just take notice of the subject line and skip over them. I want this to be a fun, respectful atmosphere and any flames will be deleted immediately.3. When replying, please make sure you are replying to the comment in which the person posted their drabble and not to the actual original post. Any random floating comments will be alerted to the fact that they are floating and then will be deleted. 4. Once again and most importantly, if you're enjoying reading, please take the time to let the authors know. And pimping us never hurt anything either. ;-)
Just a reminder that prompt submissions are due by midnight (my time) tonight. That gives you about 6 hours to get them in.Thanks for all the great ones so far guys!
Okay gang, it's everyone's favorite time - prompt submission time! I trimmed down the old list of prompts and have it, but I decided instead of posting it, I would just wait until everything was compiled. That way you guys can post whatever comes to mind and if it's a repost or something I can just edit it out. So, here we go...The rules for posting prompts are simple (and the same as last time):1. No Jam prompts. This doesn't mean you can't request a Jim drabble or a Pam drabble or one of them with another person. Just none of them as a couple please.2. Prompts should be laid out as follows:Character/Pairing - word or phrase3. If you'd like that your prompt's drabble to be a certain rating you can put that one there, otherwise it's all up to the author's discretion.4. Get creative! It can be something you've imagined in your wildest dreams. Request it! And be sure to spread the prompt love around to ALL the characters.5. More than one prompt is allowed per comment. Whole lists are totally fine, and encouraged.5.PROMPTS SUBMISSIONS WILL BE OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT ON WEDNESDAY JUNE 11TH. AFTER THAT, ALL THE PROMPTS WILL BE POSTED AND DRABBLES WILL BE ABLE TO BE SUBMITTED STARTING ON JUNE 12TH. Ready? And GO!
It looks like it is unanamous that we open up for a second round! As for the rest of the poll results, it looks like the majority wants to use both the old and new prompts, have new prompt submissions run for two weeks, and then have round 2 run until Sept. 25th when the show comes back. So that is what we are going to do.I am going to take some time to go through the old prompts and get rid of the ones that have already been used. Then, on Thursday I will post the remaining list and open up prompt submissions. You will have until midnight on June 11th to post new prompts. Then, beginning on Thursday the 12th, the drabble-a-thon will begin again. So, for now just start thinking of prompts, and the drabble-a-thon will soon commence! Thanks so much for all the interest you guys. You are all awesome!
I've had some interest in me reopening the drabble-a-thon for another round over the summer. I'm all for doing that if it's what you guys want. So I wanted to post a poll to see where everyone stands. If you could please fill this out, it would be really, really helpful. Thanks guys!
Do you want to have a second round?
If we do a second round, what do you want to do about prompts?
When would you like Round 2 to start?
If we have new prompt submissions, how long should they run?

Will you participate in Round 2 in some form?
How will you participate? (Check all that apply)
Hi there guys! It's your very faily mod.I am so sorry that it has taken me this long to get this posted. I basically fail at life. But things got really hectic with school and then I just sort of forgot about it. But now, finally, I bring you the masterlist of all the AMAZING drabbles that were written during Round 1 of nobodysbizathon.( Even a one night stand?Collapse )Honestly, I cannot thank you all enough for being so incredible with taking this silly little idea I had and making it into such a rousing success. You are all INCREDIBLE and I love you for this!♥
Hey everyone!First of all, I just want to say again how absolutely awesome you all are! Your participation in this community has just been beyond amazing, especially for 'the little Drabble-A-Thon that could' as someone called it. ;-) You all have honestly made this as successful and great as it is, and I cannot thank you enough! That being said, I feel like I haven't been the best mod this past week. School is crazy for me right now and I know there are still drabbbles I need to reply to, as well as there still being drabbles I myself want to write. And I know I originally said that the Drabble-A-Thon would only last two weeks, but I've decided to give it an extension. I just feel like I myself haven't put enough back into it, when you all have been so amazing.So... THE DRABBLE-A-THON IS NOW EXTENDED FOR TWO MORE WEEKS! SUBMISSIONS WILL NOW CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT ON THURSDAY, MARCH 13TH. Obviously you all have been amazing participants and many of you have submitted multiple drabbles. I certainly do not expect you to keep drabbling, however if you still want to, I would obviously love some more participation, as I know our readers would. Like I said, this extension is mainly a selfish one on my part, but I know that right now things can be pretty hectic, and I also know that a lot of people's Spring Breaks are going on right now or will be in the coming days, so hopefully we'll all be a little less stressed and have a little more time to write! So, if there were any prompts you were considering but just didn't have the time to write, go grab 'em. Or if there were some drabbles you've been meaning to read and reply to, go do that as well.Once again I just want to thank you all so much for being such fabulous participants and giving wonderful voices to these couples and characters who do so often get overlooked in the fanfic world. I know we still a ways to go before we get new episodes, but each of these drabbles has helped ease that pain for me. Thank you all so much! And a Week 2 Wrap Up is coming. I promise.
